Informal Information: Any information, dates, or "rules" discussed here are informal. For official HOA business, legal notices, or architectural requests, you must contact the official HOA management company directly.
No Agency: Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an official statement or action of the SOG HOA.
To maintain the integrity and privacy of our neighborhood, access to this board is restricted to:
Current homeowners within the SOG community.
Current residents/tenants residing within the SOG community.
Verification of residency may be required for account approval. Providing false residency, identity, or account information may result in immediate denial or termination of access.
Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this platform.
We aim to keep this a helpful and friendly space. By using this site, you agree not to:
